Recruitment Polls

1. A 67% approval vote is required for entry.

2. 70% of the linkshell must vote in your poll before it will be considered closed.

Leadership Election

1. A 67% approval vote is required to earn a leadership position between two persons.

2. If 3+ applicants for a position, a primary will be run, followed by a general election.

Minimum percentage to win: majority percentage (generally 51%+)

Minimum votes required: 80% of linkshell members

3. Primary Election:

A three day poll with all applicants will be put up for all members to see

Multiple voting will be activated during a primary election
The top two winners will take part in a general election

4. General Election

A three day poll between the top two winners from the primary will be posted.

5. Sometimes no one applies for a leadership position, so a leader must be appointed.

Leadership Appointment

1. The Linkshell Master may appoint a leader in a situation where one is direly needed

Appointments will be announced with as much notice to the linkshell as possible

Appointments may be permanent or temporary; status is not necessarily determined at onset

2. Senior Leaders are always by appointment

Encouragement

1. Members are encouraged to vote in all polls!

2. Remember that these are the people you will be playing with in the future.

3. Members on the fence are encouraged to contact the applicant directly and group up for exp, leve, or just chatting--get to know them!
