A. Positions
1. Master: the primary leader of the linkshell
2. Senior Leader: two leader which support the Master
3. Recruitment: a team of two leaders whose duties are to recruit members
4. Event Leader: an individual who has total jurisdiction over a particular event
B. Hierarchy
1. The linkshell master has the utmost authority within the linkshell.
2. There are two Senior Leaders directly underneath the master.
One Senior Leader is always head of Recruitment.
One Senior Leader is always head of Events.
A. Administrative (out-of-game)
1. Master
Ensuring all leadership positions are filled at all times
Administrating/Moderating the forums
Updating Rule pages
Communicating new policies to members
Maintaining the DKP--all facets
2. Senior Leader
Keeping the Master "in-check", ensuring duties are being carried out
Carrying out all administrative duties of Master position in absence of the Master
Managing event/recruitment co-leaders as needed
Vetoing Master decisions (must be unanimous)
3. Recruitment
Filtering applications by upholding linkshell entrance standards
Accepting/Rejecting applicants as necessary
Communicating with applicants via email, TeamSpeak, or messaging programs
Managing discussion/voting topics on the forums
Acclimating [trial/new] members to our DKP, raidplanner, and forums
4. Event Leader
Managing the Raid Plan for their event
Updating the DKP as necessary
Making members aware of upcoming events via forums
B. Linkshell (in-game)
1. Master
Ensuring the schedule is being followed
Leading events when Event Leaders cannot be present
Introducing [trial/new] to leadership
2. Senior Leader
Leading events if required
Taking attendance as a backup for the event leaders
Performing Master tasks during absence of Master
3. Recruitment
Assigning [trial/new] members duties
Assuring that [trial/new] members get spots in event parties
Acclimating [trial/new] members to our strategies
4. Event Leader
Announcing event start times
Organizing parties as needed for raids
Registering active attendance for events
